Threats to Wildlife Sustainability

We bring each of our San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance conservation tools to the field in our efforts to respond to various crises that impact wildlife around the world. Despite our best efforts to date—and those of partner organizations and individual allies around the world—there are a host of threats to our planet and the planet’s wildlife.

As an organization that integrates wildlife health and care, science, and education to develop sustainable conservation solutions, our role is to be the most effective wildlife conservation organization for the world. We aim to serve the greater community and own the responsibility to do our part to save our planet, and to help communities benefit from wildlife conservation just as much as we do. Our team that is working toward a world where all life thrives.
