Tom Chapman is the Board Chair of the Wyoming Retirement System, overseeing $11 billion in assets. He also serves on the Investment Funds Committee for the Wyoming State Treasurer’s Office, advising on the management of $31 billion in funds. As the Chief Investment Officer of Teewinot Partners, a multifamily investment office, and a Founder and Partner of Valparaiso Capital Partners in Singapore, Chapman has built a decades-long career in global finance and investment. Previously, he was a Founding Member of Colony Capital’s Asian real estate business in Singapore and held roles at Tudor Investment in London, Tiger Management, and Goldman Sachs in New York. Beyond his professional career, Chapman serves on the Board of the Institute for Arts and Humanities at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In Jackson Hole, Wyoming, he is a Board Member of both Teton County Search and Rescue and Snow King Mountain. Additionally, he chairs the Investment Committee for the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. His past board roles include chairing the Francis Parker School’s Investment Committee and serving as a Board Observer for ViaCyte Inc., both in San Diego, as well as being a member of the Executive Committee of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
