I'M INTERESTED IN THE AIP

The application period for the Summer 2024 Cohort is closed. Applications for Summer 2025 will be accepted by Miami University from September 2024 through February 2025. We will hold two information sessions prior to the February 28, 2025 AIP application deadline, aimed to introduce prospective students to the AIP experience with San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance as your AIP Site! You will meet AIP staff, hear an overview of the program, and you can ask questions via a Q&A session that includes a panel of current AIP students and alumni.

December Information Session (Virtual)
Date: TBD
Time: TBD
Format: Virtual Webinar
A link to RSVP will be provided here.
January Information Session (Virtual)

A link to RSVP will be provided here.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. We hope you can attend!

Please note: The AIP, which focuses on driving social and ecological change in your local community, is an online degree with experiential learning on grounds at SDZWA. Because traveling to SDZWA is required for the experiential learning components, the program is best suited for people who reside in the southwest United States. If you are located nearer to another AIP site (scroll down to see a full list of AIP sites here), we recommend that you visit the AIP website of the institution nearest you to learn more. If you do not reside in a region near an AIP site, please read about the AIP's sister program, the Global Field Program (GFP). GFP students may reside anywhere in the United States and some other countries.

For more information about the AIP, please email SDZWA at AIP@sdzwa.org or Miami University at Dragonfly@MiamiOH.edu.
