- If you have already purchased a ticket, or are Active Duty U. S. military (dependents must have a ticket, or member reservation), no further action is required. All guests must pass through a health screening prior to entry. Expect longer wait times during busy peak periods. No same-day re-entry permitted.
- There's no need to cancel a reservation if you can't visit on the day you originally selected. Simply select a new date when you are ready to visit the San Diego Zoo or San Diego Zoo Safari Park again.
- Your date-specific admission ticket will be accepted up to one year from the date of purchase.
