San Diego Zoo Parking Terms and Conditions

This policy is for parking only; no bailment is granted in accepting this contract. Individual agrees to use Operator's lot at Individual's own risk. The operators of this facility hereby specifically disclaim any responsibility, expressed or implied, to protect against the loss of or damage to your vehicle or its contents. Parking fees are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and not for resale. No employee or agent may alter or enlarge our liability hereunder orally or otherwise. 

Your acceptance of these terms shall constitute an acknowledgment and acceptance of this condition on your right to use our parking facility. At the Safari Park, the parking lot closes one (1) hour after the facility closes. At the San Diego Zoo, the parking lot is closed between 2am and 6am. Vehicles remaining in parking area thereafter are subject to tow away at the owner's expense. The San Diego Zoo and San Diego Safari Park do not permit trespassing, loitering, hand billing, placement of handouts on vehicles, petitioning or soliciting of any type or any other conduct on its property which interferes with its business operations. 

At the Safari Park, the receipt is required for all instances of consideration of a refund.
