Kenji M. Price

Kenji Price is a Managing Counsel at Epic Games, Inc., an interactive entertainment company and provider of 3D engine technology, where he handles regulatory work.

Prior to joining Epic Games, Price was a litigation partner at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, an international law firm, with a practice area focus of white collar defense, internal investigations and complex civil litigation.  Earlier in his career, Price was a litigator in private practice in Honolulu, Hawaii, his hometown.

Price has an extensive background in public service as both an attorney and a soldier, most recently serving as the Presidentially appointed and Senate-confirmed United States Attorney for the District of Hawaii, from 2018 to 2021. As United States Attorney, Price was the chief federal law enforcement official in the District of Hawaii, a district comprised of approximately 1.4 million residents.  While serving in that capacity, Price led an office responsible for prosecuting federal criminal cases and handling civil matters on behalf of the United States government in the District of Hawaii.  In addition to serving as the United States Attorney in Hawaii, Price also served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York from 2012 to 2015.  Price also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

A proud military veteran, Price served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers overseas in both the 75th Ranger Regiment and the 173rd Airborne Brigade. 

Price is a graduate of Gonzaga University and the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
