San Diego Zoo Global added a new member to its executive team this week after naming David Miller as chief marketing officer (CMO). As CMO, Miller will lead the nonprofit conservation organization's marketing department in planning, crafting and executing communications, sales, membership, licensing and sponsorship initiatives.

Kenny Loggins, one of pop music’s greatest hit makers, treated young patients and their families at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego — along with viewers from around the globe — to a virtual adventure earlier today (Jan. 28, 2021) when he debuted “The Great Adventure,” a custom theme song recorded by Loggins for the San Diego Zoo Kids Channel.

Young patients, their families and invited guests were treated to a virtual adventure, complete with meeting animal ambassadors from the Saint Louis Zoo—at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital earlier today (Oct. 22, 2020).
